Reel Competition Registration
Please read every condition carefully. The registration continues only after your consent and mobile OTP verification.
- The main theme of the reel must mandatorily be “Bhadarvi Poonam Mahamela 2026.” The reel may showcase the Ambaji Temple premises and Darshan, attractive illumination and lighting, food and Mahaprasad arrangements, pilgrim safety and law-and-order arrangements, free services provided by voluntary and charitable organisations, cleanliness initiatives undertaken during the Mahamela, Padayatra groups, drone shows, and any other theme directly associated with Bhadarvi Poonam Mahamela 2026.
- The competition is open to participants from across India, including professional social media influencers, content creators, students and general citizens.
- Social media agencies associated with the Ambaji Temple Trust, employees of such agencies, permanent or contractual employees of the Ambaji Temple Trust, and government employees who are officially on duty during the event shall not be eligible to participate in the competition.
- Participants must upload their reel between 19 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and 27 September 2026 at 11:00 PM on their personal or official social media account on Instagram, Facebook or YouTube.
- The uploaded reel must remain in Public Mode so that it can be viewed and verified during the competition period.
- The duration of the reel must be between 40 seconds and 120 seconds only.
- Participants must register for the competition through the official Ambaji Temple website at www.ambajitemple.in.
- During registration, participants shall be required to provide the necessary personal and contact details as prescribed by the Ambaji Temple Trust.
- Participants must use or mention the official hashtag(s) prescribed by the Ambaji Temple Trust while uploading the reel.
- Participants must verify and submit the correct link or URL of the reel uploaded on their social media profile through the official Ambaji Temple website.
- The online submission link on the Ambaji Temple website shall automatically close after the prescribed submission period ends.
- Detailed rules, regulations and other information related to the competition shall be made available on the official Ambaji Temple website.
- The final deadline for submitting the reel is 27 September 2026 at 11:00 PM. Any entry or reel received after the prescribed deadline shall not be considered and shall automatically be treated as disqualified.
- The Applicant will be allowed to upload maximum of 3 links for each platform.
- The submitted reel must be completely original and created by the participant.
- The submitted reel must be completely free from copyright infringement, plagiarism, copied content or any unauthorised use of third-party material.
- If any plagiarism, copyright infringement or unauthorised use of content is detected, the concerned entry shall be immediately disqualified.
- The submitted reel must not contain any personal watermark, logo, digital signature, branding or identification mark that reveals the identity of the participant.
- The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-generated video, audio, visuals or any other AI-generated creative material is strictly prohibited. Entries containing AI-generated content shall be considered invalid and shall be disqualified.
- The reel must not contain any objectionable, obscene, offensive, insulting or inappropriate content.
- The reel must not contain any material that may disrespect any religion or hurt religious, cultural or social sentiments.
- All participants must comply with applicable laws, regulations, social media platform guidelines and cultural and religious sensitivities while creating and publishing their reels.
- Participants may retain ethical credit and recognition as the original creators of their submitted content.
- The Ambaji Temple Trust shall hold the complete copyright and broadcasting rights of all winning entries.
- The Ambaji Temple Trust shall have the right to use, publish, reproduce, broadcast, distribute and promote the winning content through any medium or platform for publicity, promotion and communication purposes.
- The First Prize shall be ₹1,51,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty-One Thousand Only).
- The Second Prize shall be ₹1,01,000/- (Rupees One Lakh One Thousand Only).
- The Third Prize shall be ₹51,000/- (Rupees Fifty-One Thousand Only).
- The Fourth Prize shall be ₹31,000/- (Rupees Thirty-One Thousand Only).
- The Fifth Prize shall be ₹21,000/- (Rupees Twenty-One Thousand Only).
- A special committee of experts shall be constituted to evaluate and assess the submitted entries.
- The entries shall be evaluated on the basis of quality, creativity, originality, presentation, relevance to the Mahamela and accurate representation of the arrangements and activities associated with Bhadarvi Poonam Mahamela 2026.
- The decision of the Evaluation Committee and the Ambaji Temple Trust shall be final and binding on all participants.
